Spring of Hope in Life Foundation

Spring of Hope in Life Foundation is a non profit organization, registered in Kenya. It works with the relevant government authorities in rehabilitating street children through compassionate care, provision of education and safe shelter.

The project started in Kawangware after the realization that there were so many street children in the area especially near the church and its environs.

We kept asking ourselves why do we have to eat and drink, sleep in comfortable beds wear good clothes and yet God's children are eating from trash bins and composite pits sleeping outside in stalls and bushes.

Then the answer was to introduce a fellowship with them in the church every Thursday where we were sharing something small with them in terms of food and the word of God.

Since 2007, we have managed to reach out to many young persons on the streets and transformed them through our programmes.
